Please indicate on the application the preferred rotations 和 dates available. Our rotations are a minimum of two weeks in length 和 maximum of eight weeks. 

Multiple rotations are permitted for a maximum of eight total weeks per application. Each rotation must be two weeks in duration, 和 must fit within the dates available. 这是300美元.00 (US Funds) application fee which is non-refundable. A Certified Check or Money Order needs to accompany the application 和 should be made payable to the Neurology Medical Service Group, LLP. Personal Checks will not be accepted.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have 采取 和 通过了 (on first attempt) 1 . CK. Due to the exam change effective January 1, 2022 we look for pass or any score as long as the pass is on the first attempt.
• Applicants must have采取 和 通过了 (on first attempt) 2 . CK with a preferred minimum score of 240或以上.
• Applicants must submit a copy of their Medical School Transcript.
• Applicants must submit a copy of their valid ECFMG Certificate.
• Applicants must provide a Letter of Reference from someone they worked with in a US clinical environment.

We do not accept any observers in late June 和 July due to new incoming residents 和 fellows.

Medical Staff 应用程序 Information

Once your application has been reviewed 和 approved you will be sent the medical staff application paperwork.
