Fellowships

The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) offers two fellowship opportunities. Both fellowships are designed to help aspiring physicians become experts within their specialty. Fellows experience advanced educational opportunities and clinical experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation.

The fellowships we offer are:

• Spinal Cord Injury Medicine Fellowship: This unique program is an opportunity for aspiring physicians to explore the specialized area of spinal cord injury medicine. The goal of this fellowship is to educate the next generation of healthcare leaders. Fellows receive the knowledge, skills, and empathy needed to deliver high-level care to patients with spinal cord injuries.
• Rehab Psychology Fellowship: This fellowship is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in rehabilitation psychology. Fellows work with a multidisciplinary team to combine psychological support and rehabilitation. Fellows assist with enhancing the lives of individuals experiencing physical and cognitive challenges.
