Campus Activities Building

Here, students, faculty, staff, alumni, and their families can take a break from school and work to exercise, socialize or simply relax. Come run on a treadmill, swim in the pool, participate in a group fitness class or intramural sport contest, play ping pong, or have lunch with a friend.  The CAB is also the facility for numerous campus social programs, special events and student organization meetings. Come check us out!

At the same time, you can take care of university-related business. The upper levels of the CAB house numerous administrative offices, including many student services.

The Office of Campus Activities is located in Suite 202 of the CAB. The office staff will be happy to assist and answer questions for any student or group of students regarding activities and extracurricular programs on the Upstate Campus. Questions concerning campus programs and all student organizations, Upstate Student Government (USG) and the Campus Activities Governing Board (CAGB) should be directed to this office.

The office also oversees authorization for student organization bills, assistance in the planning and organizing of events (including contracts and reservation of campus space) including alcohol policies for student events, as well as overseeing the operation of the athletic facilities and intramural sports programs offered here at Upstate.
